At Love My Vacay, we are committed to delivering personalized travel experiences with integrity and transparency. We understand that travel plans can change due to unexpected reasons, and we do our best to accommodate such situations fairly.

1. Booking & Advance Payment

All bookings require an advance payment to confirm your travel package. This amount is used to secure accommodations, transport, activities, and services with our partner providers. Once your payment is received, we begin making reservations on your behalf.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of booking and your travel date is more than 7 days away.
  • If the chosen travel package or destination becomes unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances on our end.
  • If a technical error causes duplicate charges or failed bookings, and payment is successfully deducted more than once.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the scheduled travel date.
  • Packages marked as "Non-Refundable" or "Final Sale" at the time of booking.
  • If the cancellation/refund is denied by a third-party provider (hotels, airlines, activity operators) involved in the package.
  • Last-minute changes due to personal reasons (change of mind, visa issues, personal emergencies).

4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation. Refunds will be made using the original payment method (debit card, credit card, UPI, etc.). You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed successfully.

Note: Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway processing policies.

5. Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation

We always recommend opting for rescheduling instead of cancellation. If your plans change, you may request to shift your travel dates instead of canceling. Rescheduling is subject to:

  • Availability of hotels, transport, and activities on new dates
  • Possible fare difference and rescheduling charges from vendors

6. Payment Gateway Terms

All payments made through our website are processed via trusted third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal. Love My Vacay does not store or have access to your credit/debit card details. Payment gateway service charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Special Situations (Force Majeure)

In case of cancellation due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or war-like situations (force majeure), we will work with vendors to offer maximum possible refunds or travel credits. However, we cannot guarantee 100% refund in such cases as they depend on third-party policies.

  • Your full name
  • Booking ID / Reference Number
  • Date of booking and travel
  • Reason for cancellation
